Solving the Lazy Loading Issues

In our initial testing phase, we conducted comprehensive evaluations on an online appointment booking platform utilizing the advanced capabilities of our GoTestPro (GTP) Extension.

Challenges

Through this meticulous process, we successfully pinpointed and identified the following challenges:.

Data loading on same page wasn’t captured
Search results were not highlighted
Missing the user’s location
Additional details missing for doctors in the search results

Solution

We fortified the GTP platform through the integration of crucial backend capabilities, meticulously addressing prevailing challenges to ensure an optimized user experience.

In a specific test scenario where we aimed to search for Orthopedic doctors on the booking website, the GTP Extension exhibited a range of invaluable functionalities.

These new functionalities added in GTP extension include:

Data Loading: Keep testing as the page keeps loading with data.
Search Results Listing: Verify all search results are displayed on the page as per the query (e.g., all 82 results will be displayed and verified).
Browse Orthopedics Section: Search results matched and highlighted the query of ‘Orthopedic’ doctor
Search (Phillip): Doctors with the name of “Philip” were listed and higlighted.
Detect Location: User location is detected.
Check Open Now: All 24 hours and Open now Facilities are populated.
Search by Location: Facilities matching the criteria were loaded.
