Users can capture the value and can add variables against that value at the "Step in recorder" extension while recording.
Select the Text from the AUT.
Right Click to get the GTP Context Menu.
Click on Extract Text And Store to Variable.
Enter the Variable Name.
The users can use the defined variables among steps in the Web App.
