  1. Open Service Now application.

  2. Enter username and password. Click on Log in button.

  3. From Dashboard page, navigate to Service Catalog page.

  4. On Service Catalog page, enter details in all the mandatory fields including:

    1. Requested for

    2. Standard Change Number

    3. Contact details

    4. etc.

  5. Click on 'Order Now' button. The page will be navigated to Order Status page.

  6. On Order Status page, a confirmation message will be displayed.
