Create New Incident

  1. Open Service Now application.

  2. Enter username and password. Click on Log in button.

  3. From Dashboard page, click on All button. From the drop down menu, click on Incident button.

  4. On Incidents page, click on 'New' icon to create a New Incident.

  5. On Create Incident Page, enter Short Description, Open Date and Closed Date . 

  6. Enter details in all the mandatory fields and click on Submit button.

  7. On Incident page, a New Incident is created.
